The vision of the Pet Therapy program is to provide our residents with something they can love and care for, something which adds meaning to their lives.
The program provides companionship, love and lots of entertainment. The Recreation Director brings in her dog daily in an effort to help transform our facility into a spontaneous, often unpredictable, but homey environment. This dog has shown how much life a pet can bring into a facility.
Visiting pets are welcome with proper health records on file in the Activity Office and must be on a leash at all times.
